Summary

avoid pkg crash from import.meta path resolution
resolve admin_public.pem from cwd, exec dir, or env override

Verify

bun run build
bun run build-servers
bunx pkg dist/bundle.js --targets node18-macos-x64 --output dist/server-macos-test
run packaged binary
